Leila graduated with an honours Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2002. She then advanced to specialize in Hearing Aids and graduated with distinction. She in experienced and knowledgeable in new and old technology and constantly seeking out the best hearing aids at various price points. She loves testing new products and always allows patients to try before they buy.
She worked for Helix Hearing Care in Barrie to complete her intern hours and gain valuable experience before opening Innisfil Hearing Centre (iDenture & Hearing) in 2013. In 2016, Leila and Tarvo, the denturist, opened iDenture & Hearing in Angus. Tarvo decided to stay only in Innisfil so Leila made the move to service her patients across the street at in the Angus Health Centre as Angus Medical Hearing. She joined the doctors there to provide Audiology services to the team and it works as a "one-stop-shop" for patients medical needs in one convenient location.
She also enjoys cooking, gardening, volunteering in the Estonian community, campfires, and spending time with her 4 kids.
