We get this question quite a lot... "What makes you different than another hearing clinic?"
Firstly, we are a private locally-owned and operated clinic! What does this mean? Unlike many other hearing clinics who are owned by specific hearing aid manufacturers and driven by a commission and unit-based approach, we are not. Our staff and owners are friendly faces who you may see around the local community. We are not a chain clinic and thus we can sell any hearing aid on the market. This means we are not biased and we can better suit your personal needs. Furthermore, there is no pressure to purchase -- we are in the business of helping you hear better, not selling you the most expensive device out there! We are transparent with our costs and we will explain the different technology levels and manufacturers to allow you to make an informed decision about your hearing.
Secondly, we offer hearing aid trials complimentary. If your hearing test shows a hearing loss, you have the option of taking home a no obligation trial. Want to try different models or brands? No problem! We have lots of different styles, price-points, and brands in stock for you to take home. We are flexible with our time on these trials and you don't pay until you decide which one you like. This way, you are certain that you are getting the best hearing aid to match your individual needs!
We have some of the best customer service in the area! From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile. We know our patients by name and we treat them like our extended family. Most of our staff have someone in their direct family with hearing loss and we treat all our patients as we would hope our family members would be treated. We offer reasonable and flexible pricing. The hearing industry follows fee guides as set out by the province. At iDenture & Hearing, we operate on the low end of this spectrum. We also have great relationships with most hearing aid manufacturers so we can pass on any discounts directly to our patients. We have many different levels of technology and we will work with you to find a product in your budget that meets your needs! One of the most common things we hear is "I went to another clinic and they told me I needed these hearing aids and they were super expensive". Most times, you may not need the most expensive set of hearing aids. This is why we operate on the 'try before you buy' principle -- you decide what is best for you based on your budget. Not sure if you can afford it? We offer flexible payment plans with no interest. Have another quote from a hearing clinic? We price match.
